Return Item

Hello All I purchased a item which after testing was faulty I spoke to the seller who said  he would accept a return but I accidently pressed that it was damaged  in transit since the seller said it was working before I should have just said it was defective now it says that I have to take photos of the packaging and damage is there any way to reset the why you are returning it  Thanks

If the seller says it was working maybe it was damaged in transit.  It wouldn't necessarily be visible.  If you do want to change reason you'd have to contact ebay.

I can't see why  not.   Make sure it's on your contact details.   And it might help to remove your mobile number temporarily.   Here's a direct link if you need it:
