Restriction on account

Restricted for a month now no one is getting back to me even though they say upto 72 hours all stuff they requested sent to them and can’t take my money out but they are still allowing me to sell which surely can’t be right it’s my money

anyone else have this problem also the customer service people are so rude and unprofessional

If your funds are being held. you could put your site on 'time away' until this is sorted out.

Obviously, only Ebay can sort out your issue.  It might be worth submitting the documents they asked for again, making sure all scans etc. are clear and complete.

 

One issue is that you are trading (buying to sell) using a private account.

You are not paying Ebay selling fees and, with a 'no returns' policy, you are denying your buyers their consumer rights.

Maybe when your current issues are sorted, you should change to a business account and trade legally.

And how do I change the my account setting to business account?
And also the returns thing you also said bout?

Have you ever had a restriction put on you that they hold your money? And
if so how long did it take for them to resolve this?

As like I said I can’t get a reply sent 4/5 emails and they’ve removed the
live chat option also
