Restricted Account

Hi,  I am a new seller and created my account but I get this message "Your payouts are currently on hold because your eBay account is restricted. You'll start getting paid again when your account is reinstated". 

When I add new account so its also shows me that your account is on hold please resolve this issue for me.

Opening a new account will change nothing, have you fully registered as a seller with a verified bank account.

Opening a new account today even if you have completed registration details can take up to a week.
