Restricted Account for selling.

I do not know why my account has been restricted,I have checked messages as suggested to know avail. I should like to list some items, I have e_mailed several times ,no replies, I am unable to find a telephone number to speak to some one.

Any help appreciated.

You have not sold for a long time.

Have you added your bank account to Ebay?
