Reserve fee

Completed some listings in haste, assuming it’s free, but now have a bill for £61 as I added a reserve value. 

I’ve now removed the reserve from the listings. Can this fee now be cleared?

Only basic listing is free.   You pay for any extras like a reserve.   As you cancelled the listing you could try asking ebay for a refund.    You can contact them using callback on here:

Before you submit any listing you are shown any fees you have incurred.  If fees are shown investigate as they are payable as soon as you list and are not refundable.

I have spoken to customer services and they have been very supportive, providing a full refund.
