Requst sent button not working

I'm trying to open an item not received case but after filling in the form and ticking the box the "request sent" button will not illuminate/activate so I am unable to send the request. The item is 3 days past last delivery date.

I have tried various ways to access the return but at the final moment it refuses to work. 

Anyone else experiencing this?

You have only 30 days from estimated delivery date given on the eBay order confirmation to open an 'Item not received' case --- Escalate to eBay after 4 complete days for a full refund and buy elsewhere --- see here >
