Requested return then cancelled

Buyer has requested item return then decided to keep it? How to I cancel the return process and recover return postage fees ? Cheers

Ask the buyer to close the return at their end.    If they do nothing it will expire eventually.   If the postage label is not used you will not be charged for it.
