Request to reopen return – Item 168149818003

Dear eBay Support,

I am requesting to reopen the return for Item 168149818003 (antenna).
The issue is not that the antenna is broken, but that it does not match its advertised performance:
Advertised peak gain 8.5 dBi
Included 10 m LMR‑195 cable causes significant signal loss (~0.65 dB/m at 3.5 GHz)
Effective gain after the cable is only ~3 dBi, making it unable to receive 5G n78, only LTE n28
This means the antenna does not provide the functionality described in the listing.
I kindly request eBay to reopen the return process so I can return the item.

Sorry, but once an ebay case is closed, it can't be reopened.

You should never close until it is properly solved.

Once a return has been closed it can't be reopened. What reason did you give for the return? And why did you close it?
