Request for Assistance with Return Process

I would like to request your assistance with arranging a return for an item I purchased. The seller informed me that the item is now out of stock, and I am currently unable to process the return myself through the eBay app.

Could you please help initiate the return and advise me on the next steps?

If you don't have the item you have nothing to return.   The seller should just refund your money.    If they don't do that check the last estimated delivery date on the listing and when that has passed select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later.
