Hi.
I have 3 questions that relate to feedbacks
I have an Item that I sold but the buyer never paid so after 1 week I cancelled the sale. I am still getting reminders to leave a feedback but I don't want to because I don't like leaving any sort of feedback if there was no sale. How do I get rid, please?
I also have left a positive feedback on an item I have sold, a while back, but it is still reminding me to leave one. If I click on it it tells me I have already done it but then it still keeps reminding me to do it. I keep refreshing it and it still comes back to haunt me!
I sold an item to a local person. She messaged me to ask if I could refund the postage as she would rather pick it up in person. I eventually got through to customer services and they said I can't refund postage with Simple Delivery and she would have to request this from customer services. Both her and I was told not for me to generate the postage label and eventually after 30 days she will get her refund. I am now constantly reminded to send off the item and leave a feedback. Will this reflect on my status that I have not sent the item through no fault on my side?
I would much appreciate any advice on any of my dilemmas.
Thank you.

First question.
You obviously did not cancel for non payment as oncecan unpaid strike is+given NONFEEDBACK CAN BE LEFT.
Second Question.
In your communication preferences you can select not to be reminded. That would stop reminders and also this sort of stupid reminder when you have already dealt with it.
Third Question.
Did you set for the buyer to buy postage, if so you have to cancel the label and refund willbe made to buyer.
Changing from posting to collection should be easy but in ebay land they make it difficult. What is usually recommended is to cancel sale and then relist as a collection item.
As I said what should be easy ebay can make complicated.

Hi. John.
Thank you for your response.
Yes, I did cancel sale and clicked the option as a non payment so that's why I can't understand why It still wants me to leave a feedback.
On the second question it just seems funny why this feedback doesn't get cancelled. I don't mind having reminders but not ones I already dealt with!
On the 3rd point all my lots are either collection or postage and I understand that the buyer should have selected this option before she paid for it. That's what she said, that it was her mistake. I just don't like seeing this message every time I open the page, to remind me to send the item.
Thanks again.

This is proof that I'd cancelled the order due to non payment
