Reimbursing a seller after a refund has been issued

Hi, 

The item I sold took forever to get to my buyer, so we agreed it must have been lost / taken and I sent her a refund. Since then it has been delivered, but I can't find a way of her repaying me the refund amount.

Any assistance / ideas would be greatly appreciated.

It's not something you can do on ebay.   You can both agree a way of direct payment, eg. Paypal, bank transfer, cheque.
