Refurbished Warranty

I bought a refurbished item that comes with 1year warranty now the seller won't respond

If the item was a guaranteed eBay refurbished one, there's a link on the email you received when you bought the item that you can use to make a claim.

Has it been more than 120 days?

I bought it November, returned it in December then got it back the end of January. Been trying to contact them again since mid march. There isn't a linking the email. Also the links the provided in the chats always come up saying page not found
