I bought an item 3 months ago which arrived faulty I contacted the seller for a replacement which after sending pictures they agreed to send a replacement… I waited a month it never arrived so I contacted them again and again was promised a replacement which has never arrived I have contacted them again asking for a full refund but as the 30 day return/refund window has passed they are saying unable to refund now
I have tried to contact eBay but live agents are unavailable! The robot chat is no help I am at a loss what to do now…..

Your only option now is to try a claim through your funding source.

The seller has your money and there is nothing that Ebay can or will do.
It's never a good idea to accept the offer of a replacement - you may simply get another faulty item or, as in your case, end up with nothing.
The seller can refund you if they choose to do so, but not through Ebay.
Is it a UK seller? They could send you a cheque or do a direct bank transfer.
As they are obviously being unhelpful, as advised, you could try your payment source.
Contact your bank to start a chargeback on the grounds you bought an item online which was faulty/not fit for purpose.

Personally, I would tell them I don't want replacements and I would rather have my money back!
