I purchased a sofa with coffee table opened a case due to it being damaged without opening and missing the coffee table.
seller rang my personal number and came to an agreement to fix the leg on sofa and have a coffee table delivered, coffee table was delivered next day with no communication at 11.30pm at night due to my case being solved the following morning so was on hold again for another 5 days, when his employee came out to my address to fix a leg on the sofa I stated that the coffee table delivered was broken so it was taken away and promised a new one next day if I closed my request with eBay, which I stated I won’t be closing the request until it’s received so further on I rang eBay who stated I was in the best interest of my self for not closing my case it was then extended a further 5 days til the 3rd of may seller made no contact with me to deliver the coffee table which was taken away for a replacement so eBay then solved my case full refund issued and was told I didn’t have to return the sofa as wasn’t given a return from seller now the case is closed the seller is constantly asking me to return the sofa as I have my funds back stating eBay have told them to contact me I’ve told them I’m not willing to due to case being closed and eBay stated I could keep the sofa as case has been resolved in my favour due to the seller not communicating and complying with me by there dates is there anyway I can stop the seller contacting me daily or can I report them to anyone
