I bought an item as a guest. It has failed to turn up . I contacted the seller who posted it with evri who had sent me tracking details via eBay which showed it as being delivered two days ago. I have contacted evri via their bot and raised a complaint. I pointed out to them that I had been costantly in over a period of three days covering the supposed delivery time and that no attempt had been made to deliver to my address. I asked evri to provide evidence. None provided as yet.
I have tried to contact ebay as a guest to sort out a refund but am getting nowhere as the system goes round in circles and does not recognise the purchase I made and it’s all sooo frustrating.
Any suggestions
