Hi,
I listed an item as collection. The buyer has not realised it is collect only and now asked for a refund.
When I look to process the refund, expecting no cost, as nothing has happened, it is now going to cost me £7.52 in fees due to his change of mind which sees entirely unfair to me.
Is there anything I can do to?
