There is nothing you can do via ebay as it's past their 30 day deadline. If it's still within 120 days you could contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.

You have done it sll wrong, as you have returned outside the 30 days, ebay will not get involved and relying on promises from seller cannot be enforced.
What conditions your payment provider will require, could prove difficult as you now have nothing to return, I hope you have tracked proof of delivery. If you paid by Paypal they also only allow 30 days.
If you had opened a not as described case with ebay, within 30 days of delivery, seller would have had to pay return postage and provide a return label, then on return if seller does not refund within 3 days, you can escalate the case and ebay takes over, forces a refund and seller gets a damaging defect on their selling account.
