I bought an expensive boiler part 2 years ago but didn’t fit it. I now need to fit it but found that it’s not the correct part even-though the seller stated it was compatible in their description. Does anyone know if eBay can help with this problem and if so how can I contact them? Thanks

I was hoping eBay would have some clout since the item is not fit for purpose. We learn from our mistakes 🤔

eBay has a 30 day returns period during which you can return an item that isn't as described.

You could list the item for sale yourself and claw back some funds that way.
