I sold the baseball cap, but buyer decided to return it (Return ID 5293834977). Obviously, while the return is in process funds can't be released to my pay-out. It is the fact. Buyer wasn't very responsive and sent cap very late, more than week later after opened the return case. All this time my funds (£59.06) for the cap were suspended in the ''available balance'' and never moved to pay-out (because of open return case). After I received my item back and I was on a way to refund the buyer (£59.06) I released that refund pay will be deducted from my pay-out balance where I had money what I earned from other selling transactions. There were no other options, so I made a refund and since I did it, money was taken not only from my pay-out - £59.06, but also from my ''available balance'' and £59.06 again. At the moment when it happened on my eBay balance I had £89.81 and on ''Total funds'' £178.06 (there were money from other transactions too waiting to be released also) and after I issued refund on my eBay balance left £30.75 and on ''Total funds'' £119.00. This is means amount of refund £59.06 was gone twice. It was taken from my eBay balance and released somewhere from my ''Total funds'' (pending) balance. One of your assistant asked me to provide proof that money was taken twice, but there is no prof that it was taken from ''Total funds'' because they were just gone - deducted.
Assistant also said that funds of the cap were available on 12th of June, but it was never available. You definitely can see that amount of £59.06 was never moved to my eBay balance for pay-out (because of open return case), but was taken from it when I issued refund. Money should only been taken from ''Total funds'' where they been all the time, not from pay out where I earned money from other selling's.
I am seller for more than 12 years and been stolen money from eBay without explanation. I earned money in honest way, but because of your new problematic finance system my money was taken God knows where. I am more than sure that you can see all from your side with all details that I never received amount of £59.06 but has to pay it back!
