I've returned an item to the e-Bay seller (outside 90 day period). It arrived - was Tracked and they have agreed to provide a refund but say they can't do it though eBay but can via Paypal. Except they reckon they can't do this for another 13 days due to a system issue and that I should approach e-Bay for refund. I really cannot figure how to get the HELP I need from the various eBay Help (no help) options. Any good suggestions folks?
