Sold item to send by evri printed label and took to parcel shop. 4 days later parcel still in parcel shop awaiting collect. As buyer was told it would be delivered by this time I retrieved parcel and paid for royal mail 24 hours costing £9.29 how can I get the £8.41 refund for evri not delivering
