Poor courier service and breakdown of refund requests and compensation for buyer's to Recieve further compensation for the issues relating to case number 5372196515.

This I'm presuming is a message from Evri?

 

You need to open a case with eBay if  a reasonable time passed your item's last estimated date for delivery,  and you have not received the item.


Then,  if the seller is not being helpful,  go right of the item purchased,  and from More Actions select....  I Have Not Received My Item.

If you are not fully refunded within 3 days,  you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.

This is a member to member forum.

We are other buyers and sellers like you and can't take any action on your case.

It looks as if you have an open case and have contacted Ebay who have asked you to wait until Wednesday to ask Ebay to step in and resolve the case.

If you want to hurry things along, you could contact the seller.  They do have the ability to refund you, especially if they accept that the item is being returned to them and you won't receive it.

This is an Evri problem and not really the fault of Ebay or your seller.

I am not sure what you mean by 'further compensation'.

You will get a full refund for your purchase.
