We are other buyers and sellers like you and can't take any action on your case.
It looks as if you have an open case and have contacted Ebay who have asked you to wait until Wednesday to ask Ebay to step in and resolve the case.
If you want to hurry things along, you could contact the seller. They do have the ability to refund you, especially if they accept that the item is being returned to them and you won't receive it.
This is an Evri problem and not really the fault of Ebay or your seller.
I am not sure what you mean by 'further compensation'.
