Redoing postage

I had to buy a different postage value as the one paid for through eBay didn’t cover the weight of the item. So the original tracking number wasn’t used. I have added the new tracking number but the item is still showing as dispatched rather than delivered and so my payment is staying on hold.

I was also told I could receive a refund from eBay for the tracking postage I didn’t use.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can receive a refund for the unused label, you may need to wait 24 hours for it to appear before being able to cancel it for a refund.

Find your label with this link . https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/lmng/labels-history/seller-hub and to the left of the sales record there is a drop down menu under 'Actions' click on that , then click on 'Void/Cancel Label'.

The refund will take between 5 - 21 days to process.
