Receiving the Postage Fee and Using Your own Courier.

Hi - I've recently sold an item on ebay through an auction and I advertised it with a postage fee for a small parcel. The successful bidder paid for the item and the postage fee but all I saw was the price paid for the item. The option was there to print off a prepaid postage label with Evri but there didn't appear to be an option to receive the fee and then go elsewhere to select and pay for a courier. I don't like Evri due to previous bad experiences and it looks like they have lost this parcel as its still not arrived after a week. is ther any way to go back to the old way of getting the postage fee and sorting it out yourself. Rgds
