i cannot refund a customer, ebay keep asking me to update my payment method i have two cards registered and it wont take paymeny from either.

there is plenty of money on both accounts.

Use a laptop / PC and use Chrome, don't use the app or mobile browser, then add the card you wish to use for refunds here:
