I received an Offer for a listed item (for which I had Offers enabled at the time), but when I clicked on the link I ended up being taken to a window stating at the very top: "You have 4 questions to answer" and the following clickable options: "Revise listing", "End item", "Sell similar item" and "Answer questions". There didn't seem to be an option to simply accept or reject the offer, presumably because the "questions" need to be "answered" first. When I clicked the "Answer questions" link in my Android phone eBay app, it took me to "Messages". However, there were NO QUESTIONS from the interested buyer, nor any questions from eBay admin related to this listing or offer. What on earth does "Answer questions" refer to? What am I supposed to do at this stage, when all I want is ACCEPT the offer? I tried several hours to find a solution, to no avail. Eventually the interested buyer withdrew his offer.

Could be ebay’s strange way of telling you to get properly registered as a Business Seller.

When you list as BIN (buy it now listing), once a buyer clicks on the buy option, the listing will end with the sale,so no end option as a seller,as item has been bought, and the buyers payment would be automatically paid

You dont have offers on your listing so buyers have no way of making an official offer.
What they have done is send a message with an offer price, you can only edit your listing to add offers or reduce the price to the offer for the buyer to purchase.
