Can't believe no one seems to have noticed yet the big change between 2 days ago and today (maybe it's just a glitch, only me? But I don't think so, as I think this is linked to payment being tied up with shipping somehow).
I bought a book yesterday and LUCKILY paid with PayPal. Well, my PayPal payment is my ONLY sign / trace of this purchase.
This purchase is NOT listed in "MY Purchases"!
If I didn't see my PayPal email confirming I made this payment, I'd have no trace of it!
Even then, PayPal tells me NOTHING about what on earth I bought yesterday late at night...just as well that I vaguely remembered and, as I was entering purchases into my inventory, I could find the page and inventorize this at the right date in my spreadsheet.
This could prove very inconvenient to many (esp those who don't pay with PayPal) ... NO TRACE, no way to communicate with the seller, even know which it is, until the seller has shipped...At least, I suspect that this is the thing: that it will be confirmed as a purchase when the seller has shipped.
This is so bad. EBay is once again falling over themselves to do the worst changes they can, make things worse again, and of course NEVER let us know of anything in advance!...
So buyers be warned & prepared - Keep track of your purchases, copy & paste the item's link etc into some draft... Unless of course it doesn't matter to you to wait until shipping confirmation to have the info.
