I purchased a watch and it didn't fit, the seller declined my return n closed the return down. Looking at the advert in more depth I noticed they had 2 different watches advertised on the images. They are now willing to accept the return but how do I go about this seeing as original return was closed.

You can't open another return on ebay and without an ebay case there is nothing to make the seller refund when they get the item back.

More information would have helped. What was the seller's returns policy? If they are a UK registered busness seller they are required to accept returns for online purchases, for any reason. If this applies you can contact eBay to report that the seller didn't comply with their returns policy. I don't have time to look up the exact procedure, but I you may be able to appeal the seller's refusal to accept the return.
If they are a private seller there is nothing further that you can do through eBay. You can buy another watch from them if you want, but will have to pay for it as usual through eBay and trust them to refund your original payment if you return the first watch.
