The Payment of US$ 28,07

Dear Sirs.,

Until today I didn't pay your comission of US$ 28,07 because some one used my debit card fraudelentely. So, my Bank go to issue a new card that I am waiting.

This  is the reason that I didn't payed your comission. So I receive the new card I will pay you imediatly US$ 28,07. If you give me your e-mail I can pay you Throw your PayPal account.
