P&P

If someone returns an item because it was listed incorrectly, the seller pays the p&p but shouldn’t it be on the same terms as when the seller sent it? Why is the buyer allowed to return it with higher costs on p&p? Thanks

No.  The buyer has to have on line proof that they have sent the item back, so postage has to be tracked.

If they don't send it tracked, the seller can deny they have received it.
