REPLACEMENT OF A FAULTY MOTORBIKE BATTERY

I bought a motorcycle battery which is supposed to have a 1 year warrantee but the battery was faulty from get go. I fitted it before going on a 2 week tour and everytime I had to start my bike I had to use a jumper pack. The battery was tested and found to be faulty.

Since my return I have contacted the seller who has agreed to replace the battery but he cannot access my address and I cannot get an agent to assist me. What do I do?
