Question about eBay promotion codes

I've noticed that some of my listings have had the "15% off with code JUNE15" added to them (for example item number 326662742768), but I haven't signed up for any promotions. 

Does this mean that I get 15% less than my selling price if an item sells? Or does eBay absorb the cost?

You get full amount, ebay pay the discount.
