Question about an item being sold

It looks like Ebay have stopped me sending questions to a seller, I am interested in an item he is selling,  how do I remove the problem

You cannot .

Are you sure it's eBay ?  The seller themselves if they've received too many questions from you, may have chosen to stop your messages.

What are you trying to ask?  If there is something in the listing which does need clarification and the seller is not responding,  it may be time to find an other seller . 🤔

The question I am trying to ask a seller is the first time I have contacted him.  I did try to pass an email address to a different seller last week so I assume thats where the problem has come from, Thank you John

Yep, trying to exchange an email or any contact detail before a purchase , eBay may well have placed sanctions on your ability to send messages.  May also depend on what you are actually asking.
