I'm having trouble with the QR code it won't scan although I've tried in three different post offices since last Monday, the problem i now have is the date for the return expires today the 19th May, the item I'm returning was sold as a genuine item but I know for definite they are fake, any advice in helping me with my problem would be greatly appreciated thank you.
