Product recall

I bought some night lights over 90 days ago. Ebay sent me a message saying there is a product recall due to fire risk. Seller disputes this. The AI help is as much use as a chocolate frying pan and it appears no live agents are available. Any ideas how I get to talk to a real person with a human brain please?

The recall message is informational, if you're past eBay's 30 day returns policy you won't be able to get a refund from them.

If you paid with a debit or credit card you have 120 days to issue a chargeback.
