Problems with sending a combined Invoice

Along with many of you I am also not able to offer combined P&P charges...by not being able to adjust the invoice accordingly.  After 21 years and 99.8% Feedback as to P&P etc... my reputation is being compromised and I am not happy - today I have lost a Sale for 6 items as my buyer was not prepared to pay in full ..then for me to refund the difference.

What may we,  as members like yourself add here,  but to agree with your first line, indeed your whole post.

eBay do say they are dealing with it, but up to now,  no date of a fix announced, and no announcement that it is permanently disabled.
