Problem with a refund from the seller

I opened a return request to send back a doll that l bought that didn't appear as described . Seller agreed and l printed off the return label sent the doll back and it appears the seller is saying l have received my refund but l haven't. I have all the postage details but l can't see how to mark the item as sent

If you used the return label issued via ebay it should automatically show as dispatched.   Refunds return to source and can take a while.   If you used your debit card it takes about 7 days to return to your bank account.   If you used your credit card can take up to 30 days but usually quicker.
