Problem postage

hi there I was wondering if anyone knows why this is happening to a buyer I’ve looked at eBay and it keeps sending me round in circles and it’s telling her to keep messaging me to see if I can find out what the problem is and it won’t tell me

Looks like you don't send abroard etc or certain parts of the UK etc.

Where si the buyer located
