Hi
I wonder if someone can help please. I'm a private seller and I've only just noticed that some of my listed items show as 'Returns accepted (30 days return - buyer pays for return postage)' then some, which appears to be the more recently listed, show as 'No returns accepted'?
I'm puzzled as I haven't changed anything in my account settings. Any idea why this would happen?
My preference is to accept returns as I think it only fair to offer the buyer that option. Would greatly appreciate any advice on how to reset my account in order to accept returns under the 30 days return terms.

Just edit on the listing form.
Right at the bottom PREFERENCES and click on the edit symbol on right side.

Many thanks for your prompt reply, appreciated. I can see that I can now amend my listed items to accept returns however I'm still puzzled as to why my newer listings seem to default to 'No returns accepted'.
Just something to be extra vigilant on when creating new listings I guess.
