Prepaid label

I didn't use the prepaid label & instead sent by Special delivery at my own expense. Buyer had received item and has left positive feedback but can't mark item as delivered. Can anyone help please regarding how to release funds now?

The option to change tracking number so that it shows delivered has been removed so there's nothing you can do.    Payment may be held for 14 days but you will get it.

If the buyer paid for the original label the cost will be automatically refunded to them in 30 days.   

For future reference, Simple Delivery covers sellers for up to £750 for loss or damage in transit.
