Pre pay postage size isn’t big enough

I’ve sold a washing machine front control panel 60cm long . 
It’s well under weight but it’s 15cm to long than the pre paid postage size allowance 

what can I do ??

tried contacting eBay but going round in a virtual assistant loop

eBay have added DHL as a courier in Simple Delivery,   and they accept items up to 120cm long.
