Pre-Paid Label Not used

Hi,

I made a mistake and sold an item with an ebay pre-paid postage label, I have sent the item and paid for it myself, have the following questions:

1) How do I update the order with the Parcelforce tracking details, spent ages looking and cannot see how to do this?

2) How do i get the funds released due to the fact that i have not used the ebay prepaid option?

3) Can I get money back for the unused pre-paid label?

Appreciate any advice, not enjoying using ebay to sell as other platforms seem to be a lot more staright forward

You cannot now add any new tracking,   eBay suggest sending the buyer a message with those tracking details.  If a case is opened later for item not received,   you will be able to add those tracking details.

A refund is sent to whoever paid for the SD label:

• If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days

• If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.

Your payout will be held for a minimum of 14 days before being released.

Thanks very much, I had already messaged the buyer with tracking details, i 'seller pays' so will now get on with filling out the refund form.
