I was wondering if someone could help me, I've searched but can't find any articles that match.
I sold two items but purchased the incorrect label for each item, and instantly purchased the correct label after, so I bought 4 labels in total (the dimensions were inputted wrong) - I submitted a refund request for the 2 labels and have received a confirmation email saying it will be actioned I was hoping someone could tell me when this would be? It's been almost two weeks.
