If you want to refund then that is up to you to deal with, NOT EBAY.

Reason for refund, could damage your selling account, much more than anything the buyer can do.

Click on the dropdown arrow for the item on your orders list and select Send Refund.   On the next page you will be able to change the amount before you submit.
