I recently sold my bike and I chose collection but after it got sold the system is asking me to print the label and ship it I tried doing it but the couriers won’t take it. Is there any other options to send the bike in uk?

Parcelforce will take a bicycle - they recommend you partially dismantle it and it will cost considerably more than the amount you have charged the buyer.

Personally, I would cancel the sale and relist as a collection only item.

However, the buyer might leave negative feedback expressing thier disappointment and you could get a defect on your account.

I see but I already chose collection before posting the item and does it
not mean that they are gonna come to my house for example and collect the
order?

The bike was advertised with postage.

Have you checked that the buyer is expecting you to post it?
