How do  contact ebay by phone please.   I don't use a mobile phone so cannot get a QR code to print labels.  I don't have a printer either.  I am so fed up with Ebay changing everything.

There is no phone number for eBay.

If you wish to contact them,  it's a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
