Posting multiple items to same person

If customers brought 2 items that I offer free postage for, how do I declare them as both dispatched if sent as 1 parcel?

With Simple Delivery the items have to be bought in one transaction at checkout for them to be combined.   If you don't want to send the lots separately it's best to cancel/refund them and relist in one listing with one postage for the buyer to buy again.   You do that from the More Actions dropdown menu for the items on your orders list.

An alternative would be to send them together but one of the items won't be tracked.   You would still receive payment after 14 days.   If you pay for an extra label you can cancel it here:

Some sellers are leaving something like this on their listings,  while eBay is dealing with the ' technical issue' of combining invoices:

For example.....   ' If you wish to buy multiple items,  please let me know before buying,  I will relist them as one listing so only one postage cost is charged, combining postage is not currently possible. '
