Posting multiople items

Hi

 

I have sold two items to the same person but I put them in two seperate envelopes when I printed the label to post them I only had one label how can I get another one for the second envelope? 

 

When I trued to print a second label eBay tells me to contact customer services ?

 

Any help wpuld be appreciated.

You can either buy the second postage yourself.  Or cancel transaction with buyer's agreement via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list.  And relist with postage for the buyer to buy again.

Is the label you've printed enough postage for both items?  Because it sounds like ebay have combined postage for you to send them together.

It is enough the problem is that I posted one parcel into the post box before I reallised that there was only one label for both items if that makes sense.
