I have recently sold an item on eBay and it’s quite heavy and big. I took the item to my local yodel store for the item to be delivered to the buyer and the store said they couldn’t keep it because of its weight and size and I needed to arrange for yodel to come and collect the item from my house. I’ve never had to do it this way and I’m not sure I know what I’m doing as I haven’t agreed with yodel a time or day for the item to be collected. If anybody can help I would most grateful. thank you
