Does anyone know why eBay charge £2.72 for 2 Nd class postage when the actual Royal Mail charge is £2.00?

The eBay charge of £2.72 is for large letter tracked 48, the equivalent service from Royal Mail is £2.75 not £2.00

2nd class standard is £2.00 not tracked that is the service I used but eBay assume otherwise
